Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable & spacious. The beds were nice & comfy. The lighting was good in the room. There is a safe in the closet which we used. They re-stocked water bottles every afternoon. The daily housekeeping was nice. The toiletry products that are provided are really good. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast only but it was really good...great eggs! The area is perfect around the hotel. Easy walking to the Park, the Prado, restaurants & shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very attentive, the bar area really superb, the adjoining restaurant some of the best food we ate in Madrid and the area very sophisticated and quiet. The best choice for Madrid if you want to be slightly away from the main shopping area and experience a high class Madrid lifestyle for a few days.

Breakfast was included and it was a la carte service, which was great! absolutely fantastic experience and surely I will come back again.

We absolutely loved Totem Madrid. The location is excellent. Quiet but within 20 to 30 minutes walk to all attractions. The staff are also excellent. Very friendly and so welcoming. Rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable.
